We can have more than one Soulmate in our lives. All of which serve a different purpose. For Twin flames, you only have one. Then there are Twin rays who are very rare and similar to Twin flames. There is a dynamic vibration with divine counterparts pulling them together as soon as they meet. They know right the way that they are in for the long-haul.

The energy is very intense with a divine counterpart. It gets confusing trying to label both Soulmates and Twin flames. When you meet a Soulmate, they help complete the areas in your life that are necessary. Meeting your Twinflame puts everything in proper perspective and helps you understand your divine purpose in life. The energy sometimes can be overwhelming, especially during a full moon or a solar/lunar eclipse.

Coming into union

This is the ultimate goal when meeting your divine counterpart. But by meeting your divine counterpart, there’s more behind than what is on the surface. The relationship can total bliss but at the same time can be the most painful experience you’ve ever felt. There is no other relationship that can take the place of divine counterparts. Letting go of their ego

Many call their divine counterpart a narcissist. But it’s not being narcissistic but the behavior pattern that they portray. This prevents either one from coming in together as one form. When one has an enormous ego and also if one is codependent on the other. In that case, they cannot manifest or come into union.

This is where they must acknowledge their strength and the power they feel for each other energetically.They do struggle as they try to find each other. It’s all part of the process as they both have a higher calling to help heal the world and themselves.

The blue full Moon in Scorpio is a very high cosmic charge of energy that is more intensified than a regular Full Moon. Is this my Soulmate, Karmic, Twin ray or Twin flame?

A very common question that I have been asked numerous times.
There are more than one from the Soul Connection Collective. That has been confusing people more than ever, trying to find out which one is better and which one can they find to make their life complete.

I’m going to explain a little bit more on how to define Soulmates and Twin flames and also what they represent.

First of all, it is never advisable to go looking for a specific type. We are all brought into this world pre-destined to meet more than one Soulmate. But have only one Twin flame.

Not everybody is going to meet the same type of Soulmate, their Twin flame in every lifetime. Everyone is meant to be put together with their divine partner, whoever that may be. It just may very well be your Twin flame or another type of soulmate.

Although all Soulmates can mimic the same type of intense energy felt as with the Twin flame, you can still find contentment and happiness with living with your Soulmate.

But when you do meet you Twin, there will be no other that can ever come close to the intensity of energy you feel internally.

Twin flame or soulmate? I’ve been asked this question numerous times and by many people. As I’ve mentioned in many of my articles and videos, twin flames are actually part of the soul connection collective and not all will meet a specific type. We do have more than one Soulmate. Soulmates comes into a person’s life to help them grow and many times to teach them a valuable lesson and vice versa. This can be a deep emotional relationship or someone who is just a friend. Twin flames hold a very strong spiritual attachment to your very Soul. How to know if it’s your Twin flame? When you meet your twin, it is just like looking into a mirror and many times it feels as if you were awakening to something that you’ve never experienced. When the reflection comes back at you, it can release a powerful surge that many times will create a fear. Although your twin may not feel the awakening at the same time, he or she is definitely picking up a higher vibration. Twin flames life’s can make a 360 degrees change. That can move towards a very beautiful path of self exploring a total bliss. Twin flames also have some work to do on themselves simultaneously in order to get to the higher stages with spirituality and also the physical union. This relationship is by far very different, extremely deep and with a powerful energy that you will ever encounter. Both twins are evolving and merging, also commonly referred to waking up. When meeting your twin flame, you will also notice there are many signs that come up. The most common or 1111 coming up on clocks, license plates, phones and etc. There are also other numbers that signify the connection but these are the confirmation for twin flame numbers. If you’re awake and aware, you do understand that your inner spirit needs to have some work done, in order to prepare for the divine union. Twin flame relationships are not necessarily the most harmonious because of the negativity they go through. Twin flames go through chaos and their relationship can seem toxic before they do come into a divine union. Accompanied by a short or long separation, there is many spurts of purging, cleansing and clearing of the chakra system. It’s not easy for twin flames. Release and surrendering all that does not serve a purpose in yours and your twins life. The biggest sign when twins are coming into an union is the energy that can feel together. Even if they are apart, they still will feel one another’s energy vibration amplified to a higher 5D level. Twin flame‘s send each other energy that many times can be interpreted into telepathic messages when they are aware and awake. When meeting your twin flame, your whole life changes and you begin a more spiritual path. Understanding that they are your mirror and everything has not been yet healed in yours and their lives. They are actually meant to show your entire life and how it changes right around. This energy that you both share is magnetic. Everyone around you both can feel it. And together, you both become a super power couple! Does everybody meet their twin flame in this lifetime? Actually, not everyone will be their twin flame. This is not a sure thing, and there is also healing that needs to be done for yourself separately. You can skip a lifetime, sometimes two, before you can meet your twin flame. Once you do meet your twin, you will know and without not question that it is indeed your true twin flame. If it does skip a lifetime, can I be happy with a Soulmate? Absolutely! Meeting a divine partner is not necessarily meaning that it has to be a twin flame connection. Actually, there are other types that are just as strong and intense that mimic the exact energies of twin flames. Feeling the extreme emotional surges that come along with twin flames which can be confused many times with twin flames. The differences with soulmates and twin flames is that there is less drama and emotional purging. Where you meet your twin flame, it can feel as if your heart is being tested and emotionally challenged. There are many different types of Divine soulmates and though we all will meet different ones at various times of our lives, it’s never good to search and seek for a specific type because it seems like a good fit in your life. The truth is that we need to get involved with different relationships and meet different people in order to find our Divine partner. Even if it is a temporary soul connection or someone just passing through in your life, it is all part of love and searching for someone that complements your energy and Life. Your vibration will help you find your Divine soulmate/partner. Yes, meeting your twin flame in your life will change forever. It will challenge the soul to grow at the same time, expanding into the highest potential couple, in order to fulfill your soul mission to their true purpose on this earth, alongside each other. The important thing is stop searching, but work on yourself, if you are looking for your Divine soulmate, you will find her/him. You will not find them by searching but they will unite with you through love; it’s all about loving yourself and learning to find your inner peace.

The Twin flame is actually a term to describe your other half. This person is your soul mirror.

That will energetically align with your mind, heart, and body.
Twin flames are brought to us to awaken our souls center. Revealing to us who we truly are. Many times it’s very difficult for people to face who they truly are that they are not ready to come to a Union.

This will create a Runner & Chaser stage. As I’ve mentioned in previous blogs, Twin flames are meant to work on themselves simultaneously to find what it is they need to correct and release.

If they are not ready, it will take longer than normal in order to get past their issues. In many cases years.

The twin flame Divine union process. The union process with both twin flames and soulmates can be the most difficult and an extremely painful time that one will ever experience. I have wrote several articles about this topic and how to overcome these obstacles and get through this difficult process. But it still seems to be more of a mystery of why everyone’s situation is not the same and actually they are all unique, but everyone has experienced the same symptoms of negativity and chaos prior to being reunited. Soulmates and twin flames go through the same phases, trying to understand why they must go through these challenges and agony before they are re-united as one. There’s a twin flame separation period that they all must find balance and work through their own issues before they can come together in union. They must face who they truly are and release all but does not serve a purpose in their lives. At first when they find each other, it is the most beautiful blissful feeling one can ever feel. This is commonly referred to the honeymoon stage with the twin flame energy dance. Looking deep into your twin flame’s soul, you will find a mirror to your own soul. All of a sudden, it will unveil every fear and doubt that you have ever had.. deep inside. You will automatically uncover and open up past energies. This is a push & pull energy dynamic with twin flames, and this is not one-sided, actually they’re both feeling the exact energy, one may be the strongest, best fitted to carry the other one who can’t face his fears. This instantly triggers the twin flame Runner and Chaser stages. One twin is running deep from their own emotional feelings and purging negativity; this is what they don’t understand. While the other twin is chasing, trying to understand why they are running and where they stand with their twin. Automatically when your twin flame is running, it will trigger off many deep and dark emotional energies. During this time, you’ll feel as if your life has turned 360 degrees and it will never be the same. In order to get through this painful phase, it is best that you work on yourself and let go of any emotional and past baggage that is inhibiting you from moving forward. You may feel that they are getting the best out of the situation because they are running and you are left alone, but actually they are the lost twin with nowhere to run. Twin flame runners are actually feeling the exact if not more pain emotionally. They’re afraid to deal with it and are in total denial. Many times, they may even be with other people for the sake of not finding their own inner truth. Your twin flame is the exact mirror of your spirit. What you see on the outside is actually a reflection of things that you need to work within yourself. Also vice versa, that’s the time to let go of the way you felt about things and believed in your past with love relationships. Twin flames can go through an obsessive behavior during the separation face. Many times, while trying to nudge (calls, text, emails or even social media posting), their twin flame understand what they are feeling and they learn not to be afraid of them. When it isn’t you that they are afraid of, the Runner is actually afraid of themselves. It’s all about working on yourself to achieve a spiritual balance in order for the divine union to manifest. Twin flames can threw it much easier when they are more in tuned with spirituality. This can help speed the awakening of their soul center and help along the process with divine union. Meditation helps with channeling your energy alongside theirs and twin flames can also telepathically communicate when they are ready. It may not be very easily done at first. But you must focus on deep soul-searching and understand yourself spiritually before they are able to have heart to heart message meditations. In many cases, it can last for several years and not to scare you but this is all about learning how to love yourself and many times we think we love ourselves but we are actually neglecting ourselves. Twin flames need to find themselves and learn how to love themselves unconditionally. Letting go, in clear, in your issues to overcome all of your fears in order to reach a higher frequency like the 5D level with your twin. You must come first in perfect harmony with your twin in order to fulfill your soul mission that you were meant to have on this earth. It’s not all about living a normal happy life, yes but there is also so much more that they can give to humanity working as a couple. The twin flame divine union is finding the true balance and understanding who you are. This can only happen after the baggage has been cleared and when you both can emerge as one. Twin flames go through many trials and tests and they are both negative and positive. The main reason why they are brought into this world is that they do have a soul mission to perfect together as one.

Twin Ray is another form of a spiritual connection.

Although it is not as popular on the internet as Twin flames, but equally as intense. This type of connection can enter in a person’s life without expecting, and usually when the Twin twin flame is no longer on earth or will not be ready for decades.

Many call this the true twin, especially when they are still working on themselves. Many people describe it as “an Angel just entered my life when I was down and now I can see”.

Compatible Soulmates can be just as fulfilling emotionally as the Twin Flame.

Soulmates can supplement our lives helping us to realize our mistakes and start over again. They usually share a very compatible energy that helps seal any emotional upset internally.

Karmic connections.
These types of relationships are to help balance what is necessary inside of us internally. The karmic ties may sometimes be the most difficult and painful one to deal with. But can also mimic the intensity with Twin flames.

Many times, a Karmic is sent to us to correct something in our lives from a previous life experience that we have not released or heal from. This can also happen to your divine partner as well.

Karmic connections are not all negative, they are there to help us grow and realize more about ourselves and what we need to release in order to evolve spiritually.

A narcissist is a very common behavior and pattern when it comes to Twin flames and even Soulmates. When it comes to Twin flames, they can sometimes come off to be narcissists. Many times during the Union process, there’s an energy of narcissism and codependent energy that flares up, very common with Runners & Chasers. This is part of a process with healing and to show us who we are and we need to work on ourselves and release past wounds. You may ask yourself is my Twin flame a narcissist? Or am I just codependent? I’ve been asked many times if their Twin is, in fact, a narcissist. When things are not going their way in a relationship, if it is indeed a Twin or a Divine Soulmate. People seem to want to label it Narcissist, Karmic or false Twin. Mainly because that person is not responding and not working on himself or herself to come into a union. Often running and blocking their union with denial. This is all to help teach you what you need to learn and they to need to work on themselves at the same time. If this person is abusive, as I’ve always said before, it’s never good to hold on to something that is hurting you. This is not a healthy relationship no matter what connection they share, they truly are not ready for a relationship. Many times we go through our life lessons alongside our Twin. When the narcissist behavior pattern begins, it is often to help us take a better look at ourselves as we look in the mirror of how we need to love ourselves. You may want to disconnect and cut off ties, but this only makes things worse because of the deep soul bond that you both share; it is impossible to try to cut off from your divine Soulmate or Ttwin flame. A true narcissist will not have love in their heart, will never express it or show love for anyone else. A narcissist will be self-involved, extremely egotistical and selfish. They hold onto a mask and show that they know everything, this is also called the God complex. Often our Twin is running from themselves so they will block the emotional energy instead of trying to deal with it. They have insecurities and afraid to awaken, putting blocks up constantly from opening their hearts and using extreme amounts of ego to protect themselves from getting hurt. Those are inner issues that they need to open your eyes to, and finally, heal from whatever is troubling them. This will create a narcissist energy behavior. Not a true narcissist! The Twin flame energy finding themselves in a codependent behavior is often reflected in the narcissistic behavior as well. This is a mirror back to one another from their own emotional past wounds that need to be released, surrendered and healed from. The bottom line is that true Twin flames are not narcissist or codependent. These are a behavior pattern that clears up with their own inner work that needs to be cleared. As soon as their ego kicks in, connecting into the 3-D realm until they are ready. When their vibration frequency is very low, they can reflect a narcissist personality and energy, along with being codependence. Focusing on loving yourself and avoiding anything that may bring your vibration spiraling down. The first step is always to love yourself!

Soulmates and Twin flames are all equal when it comes to relationship.

Although we’re not always ready and we all have to work on ourselves to get there. Meeting your Soulmate or Karmic before meeting your Twin is not a bad thing. Many times we have to go through life lessons to find our higher self.

Sometimes we find ourselves in the same pattern of a relationship, repeating itself and never finding true love.

This is because you are continuously finding the same type of energy into the relationship to help correct and balance your soul center. Preparing you to meet your divine partner.

When preparing to meet your divine partner, it could involve bringing out the darkness inside of you, but you may have not realized that it existed. This was all to purge away a toxic accumulation of energy, in order to purify your souls center and align your spirit to be with your divine partner.

When you find that person that gives you butterflies and total bliss when you meet, don’t try to analyze or define what type of Soul Connection it is.

You will be much more content with the experience of meeting different people and learning more about yourself than you’ve ever realized.

A very common question I’m asked all the time, “Why does it have to go through the separation phase?” Also “How to disconnect if possible from your twin flame?”

Twin flames go through many different cycles together prior to the divine union. It can be a very beautiful blessed experience or the worst feeling you have ever felt. This is not that your situation is more complicated than someone else’s.

But it’s actually the lessons that their souls go through in live and what they need to experience prior coming to a divine union.

Why do Twin flames go through so much agony prior to the union.

As difficult as it may sound and I’m sure you’ve researched and heard this before. It’s part of the process and everyone has their own individual work to do on themselves.
In many cases yes it can take many years before they do finally come together, I know many of you don’t wanna hear this but I must be totally honest. Twin flames never have it easy. Letting go and releasing something (excess baggage) if they’re holding on to, that they don’t even realize.

Sometimes the process can be really painful if there is a lot that they must first work on themselves. Everyone situation is unique, and experience is never the same.

This does not necessarily mean that twin flames are better than soulmates, actually twin flames are part of the Soulmate collective.

I highly recommend that you don’t seek out a certain type of a divine soulmate for your life partner. We are also sent different types of soulmates, some are not always soulmates they are people in our lives to enhance, grow and develop. You may be preventing yourself from eating your divine Partner.

Twin flames many times are stuck inside their own negativity, emotional hurt and are running from their own feelings of love. They’re not aware or awakened, it usually comes from a fear-based energy in the past.

When they start working on themselves, and negativity is being pushed the surface, there’s a lot of purging and releasing toxic energy that they’ve been holding onto.

This will cause the emotional pain of being lost, frightened and not knowing where their path is.

But as they start working on themselves it will enrich and empower both of their lives. Not only with their spirit but but working with one another simultaneously.

There are many different types of soulmate connections that we meet in our lifetime. Some are more intense energetically than others and some involve more drama, chaos and negativity with coming to a divine union in Harmony. Though some may be very unique, they all share one thing in common and that is the runner and chaser phases. That all soul mate energies connection can experience. In the beginning there’s a magnetic pull, as they get closer and stronger, one usually will pull away because of fear or doubt. This is commonly known as the runner and chaser stages. The twin flame connection has many different types of stages. The runner and Chaser Dynamic is caused by internal conflict and ego. Many times there are previous sold wounds and emotional issues that can rise very high in the early stages of merging with the  twin flame Energy bond. The runner is running from something more eternal and not realizing why they are running. This can be a series of arguments and back-and-forth reconciling and then disconnect. There may be some narcissistic behavior because of ego-based energies attached. In this type of situation the chaser is actually the more advanced and a mature soul where the runner is actually the one who is not aware and mature enough to understand their soul purpose together. The runner and chaser dynamic can last for several months and sometimes for years. It’s never good to continue to chase and try to nudge the runner back. Understanding why the twin flame runner runs, can be confusing. It may not be the reasons that you are assuming, like that it was you. But actually it has nothing to do with how they feel about their twin. This is mainly internal conflict deep inside their core. There are many different reasons why they are running. Not everyone is the same for example some runners may run because they are blocking the feeling of  a lack love or abandonment that could’ve started from their childhood. Many are afraid of love and don’t know how to express themselves because of their own past emotions. And for some it has a lot to do with the intensity to the feel with someone that they barely even know, that it scares them when it comes to love and commitments. Whenever your energy has been drained, You automatically go into a lower vibrational level. This will block your energy spiritually and mentally also physically. This also lowers the vibrational frequency and doesn’t allow you to open yourself to positive Energy for love.

The most common feelings associated with lower vibrations is negative energy, emotional, lethargy and even health challenges.

When you’re looking to attract love into your life, it’s best that you start with a feeling of wholeness, gratitude and a heart full of self love and acceptance. The question is how does one get there?

The first thing you want to start it stop looking into the past and putting away any type of negative memories that bring your spirit down. This will automatically lower your vibrations and prevent you from achieving a higher level spiritually.

Automatically you are not sending out love vibrations but the total opposite. This in return will not retract your divine partner into your life.

1. First step is to get the proper mindset. I like to start with positive affirmations every morning start my day. Practicing gratefulness on many levels. Focusing on positive affirmations automatically raises your vibes in the morning, allowing yourself to accept and acknowledge the blessings you have. This automatically is being grateful also it helps you to spiritually awakened despite whatever you’re going through in your life. You automatically open the doors for new love to flow through and into your life just by saying positive affirmations every morning.

2. Focus on yourself, you need to do some self maintenance in your life. As you are maintaining your home your car and other things, sometimes we end up neglecting ourselves. Self maintenance is very important, First step is focus on what your physical body’s needs in order to feel better. To feel charged mentally and spiritually. Keeping up healthy regimen is important, there are many who like to get massages, facials and even going to get your hair done can actually raise your vibration. It doesn’t take much when it comes to the self maintenance area.

3. Spirituality and shifting your awareness to meditation will help you open your Soul center to invite your guides and angels to guide your path. Calling upon to the higher self to help tune into the higher levels of love and light. Raising the vibrational energy and amplifying the highest level of light into your life with love. You can feel and visualize the love surrounding you, in return you send out vibes and call out to your divine soulmates, twin flame would love relationship.

4. Physical activity is one of the ways that releases negative energy that you’ve been holding onto and accumulating. This doesn’t mean you have to join a gym or health club. There are many ways to get physical exercise into your life. They are streaming workouts that you can do classes in your home, go for a nature walk. Just make sure that you are getting your body moving and releasing anything that has been pulling you down.

I know sometimes it’s difficult that you may feel drained and just want to sit at home and relax especially during this time of the year, but it will only make your vibration lower and when it comes to the energy levels you need to bring it up anyway you can. The more physically active you become a higher level your energy will be.

5. Eating healthy, I know this is a sensitive subject and a lot of people don’t like to hear this. But when it comes to raising your vibration, eating unprocessed and clean foods will help bring your body to optimal health. When you feel good physically automatically feel good mentally and spiritually charged. Staying away from foods that are processed, fast food restaurants and try to stick to healthy fruits vegetables and adding healthy grass fed beef, antibiotic free poultry and health proteins. Keep away from sugar and keep the carbs lower, the most important thing is eat in moderation.

6. Keep Hydrated! Drink plenty of water, this helps with clearing mental blocks and helps with meditation. In return you will be raising the vibrations by drinking clean water. I like to drink at least 10 glasses a day.

7. Laugh, laugh and laugh. Watch a comedy, laughing is one of the things that increases oxygen into your lungs and automatically lets go of the drama and tension in life. This is very important every day to laugh and use the throat chakra to help release the negativity.

8. Music. The power of music and sounds. Also if you like to sing, it’s very soothing and healing to sing to one of your favorite songs and listen to the music to bring love and joy into your heart.

9. Adding house plants and flowers to your home, by adding the beauty of a living plant it can actually help you feel more relaxed and calm. Also pets can add the same vibration into your home as well.

10. Crystals for healing. I love all crystals and stones and have them all over my home. Placing stones and crystals throughout your house manifests the energy of love and light all around you. Especially if you like to meditate in your home. I charge my crystals under a new moon or the full moon to help give them energizing light. Visualizing with rose quartz the love you want to come into your life will help amplify The love vibration higher.

11. Stop stressing! don’t think about things that don’t pertain to you and worry. You need to focus on your soul center and working on yourself. This is the only way to bring your vibration higher. If you’re constantly digging deep into Old past wounds, you are igniting negativity. This is where you need to focus on the love that you have surrounding you and calling out to your divine partner.

Which of the Soul connections are easier?

Actually also Connections go through almost the same type of connecting process in order to come to a divine union.
The energy of soulmates is a relationship similar to a garden. You plant the seed, nourish it and allowing it to grow by working on yourself.

When your soul first meets up. The energy goes to a higher vibration frequency that actually nourishes your soul, the way adding water is to your garden.

The key here is to love yourself and meditating on the love you’re feeling with that person. Correcting anything that needs to be eliminated out of your life. This will allow you both to manifest and blossom your energy connection deeper. Each one of us she has a unique connection with one another and no to Soulmate Connections are exactly alike. They may be similar to one another. But all are unique and the intensity varies.

Is the Soulmate and twin flame connection more honest with one another?

Honesty is the best policy, that is my philosophy on life. End it is especially so with your divine soulmate. When there is one that is in denial or running from something. They tend to block the truth that is in their heart. Thinking that this will be better for both of them. But actually it was the fear that they were running from that caused your original energy of dishonesty.

Many say that when you have a soulmate connection it’s going to be the best experience ever! But actually this is not so, they do not have it easy when they are trying to come together as one.

Actually divine soulmates go through  heartache and negativity trying to find themselves than any other type of love relationship.

Any times both soul connections are not ready but the ego tells them that they are. Causing confliction and a lot of drama in their relationship.
When both need to examine and humble themselves to one another in order to get along and come to a peaceful understanding with each other.

How can two people that love each other so much, go through so much heartache and negativity with getting along and finding their true center. This is very common and I see this all the time with many different types of soulmate Connections.

In many soulmate Connections, the runner and Chase are stages happen. The Runner usually the masculine energy and being the weaker vessel running from their own fears. And the chaser the feminine being the stronger vessel.

The Runner Chaser dynamics (as the name suggests) highlights the idea that one person i.e. the Twin flame or Soulmate Runner based on their confusion would run away from the Chaser.

So the Runner will run and the Chaser will chase the runner till the Runner and Chaser come to a divine union. Once the Runner awakes and is aware of their divine connection.

The Runner is mostly trying to run away from any sort of emotional insecurities, fear of love or commitments, past hurts and toxic previous relationships.

There are so many reasons on why they run, but through it all there is a healing that is happening between both the Runner and Chaser.

Most of the times the Runners are not even aware of the idea that why are they running away from the chaser.

Many Chasers will chase the runner thinking that the runner will get back to them. However, what they fail to realize is that no matter how many times they chase or for how long they chase.

The runner will not come back unless they are ready and unless they are given time to think. Runners are afraid, and often get scared of their own feelings. Because of their fear they live with, they tend to block their heart from the chaser as much as they can.

This leads to heartbreak for Chaser and many times the roles can become reversed. Chasers can actually become Runners, and Runners into Chasers.

I know it sounds confusing, but always remember it’s never easy for the Twin flame Runner and Chaser. They both need to work on themselves.

The Chasers should never blame themselves for the Runner running, it’s not permanent. Chaser’s need to take a step back and let the Runner work through whatever karmic issues they are dealing with. In order for the Divine union to take place.

It’s important that both Twins let go, release and surrender their past emotional hurts and start over. When the runners awake, they realize where they are at and will be drawn to come back to their other half.

What if Runners are in a bad place or with other people?

Sometimes the Runner may be within a very odd situation, place or with involved in another relationship. High Vibrations between soulmates, regardless of their relationship situation can be very intense. Twin flames can pick up one another’s energy vibrations when they are apart. The same way genetic twins feel each other.

Many times when one Twin is confused or afraid, it creates lower vibrations to the weaker spirit vessel. Often called the runner and the chaser phases.

This is the most powerful tool you can use in order to push out any type of anxiety, fear or worry in your life. You will be able to listen to your guides and inner voice guiding you to The messages that are being given to you by the universe.

Without realizing it, you were blocking these messages and your blessings coming from the divine. This is a time to sit still and release all with surrendering your heart.
You can listen to soft nature sounds. Taking some deep breaths and close your eyes, just Focus on positive energy and light.

Give yourself time to enjoy the great outdoors. This is my favorite place to meditate and to let go anything that I’m holding onto from the prior week.

It’s a good time to start at the beginning of the week even if you can just get 5 to 10 minutes of meditation each day. You will open, balance and heal your chakras with love and light.

While meditating it’s important to put away or turn off any of your tech devices. Phones and tablets can create an interference with your energy frequency when meditating and raising your vibrations.

Eat smart

Whatever you put in your body, will always show on the outside. Not to mention how it’s going to make you feel on the inside (Amazing).

Eating healthier and staying away from foods that are processed and ingredients that you are unable to pronounce. Will definitely create an impact on your vibrations.

When you choose real food such as organic produce, lean protein and adding the super foods into your diet (Chia seeds, Maca, cacao nibs and etc.). 

This will have a huge effect on your energy and your vibrations. That will definitely go up! Try to stay away from anything that is processed, laced with pesticides and choose either fresh or frozen, stay away from canned.

When your energy is risen up and your vibrations are more energetic, you are sending a positive message to your soulmate / twin flame. This will actually entice them to move forward, feeling positive and start healing with a spiritual awakening.

Exercise and Fitness
When you’re releasing toxins out of your body with cardio or some type of vigorous exercise (sweating). You are letting go of anything that has accumulated in your body previously. And you are focusing on bringing a new feeling of love into your heart.

Just like that endorphins high that you get after you exercise and working out. This is when your vibrations are through, and the roof, you are feeling that you can accomplish anything! And YES YOU CAN! When you have this mindset, you will get through whatever challenges you are being faced with while raising your vibrations, when you start a regular exercise routine each day.
It can be either going to the gym or just a simple 10 to 15 minute walk a day.

This will help clear away any type of distortion of negativity and help you find serenity with your true center.
