Soulmates and twin flame energy take time with their healing process in order to come to a divine union. Going through this process sometimes can feel like a lifetime. Twin flames are unique Connections, there are no Two twin flame situations exactly the same. I found that every twin flame and soulmate connections both will go through the same stages with merging into a divine union as one. Right from the beginning there is a feeling of pain with the soul energy connection. Especially when there in the runner and Chaser stages. This sometimes can go on for several months to even years before they finally awaken. Soulmate and one flame runners go through a resistance type of phase. That they block their true emotions and try to find themselves but only to find that they are lost. At the beginning there is the beautiful honeymoon stage when two soulmates come together and find love. Everything seems like it's a perfect relationship until the runner runs. This can sometimes be out of the blue without warning or gradually distancing themselves. No matter how it happens they run. And both runner and chaser are hurting down to the core. Anything that the chaser gets the worst end of the stick, but actually it's equal. The runner does not know where they were headed feeling lost and trapped. The chaser feels like they need to tell the runner the truth and help them come back. Many people are becoming more aware and understanding a runner and chaser stages. There isn't a lot of information on helping or correcting the Soulmate and twin flame runner energy. Meditation and getting in touch with spiritual heart to heart Connections will help heal the energies. They need to go through spiritual shock before they can actually awaken to the truth of their life. The twin flame runner will run for many different reasons. Although they feel your other half constantly, they will continuously resist this connection. Being in total denial until something happens and they can see finally The truth. There is usually fear on both sides but also deep emotional attachment that keeps them together. Runner and chasers are actually runners deep inside. It's the love and the soul bond that keeps them together and united. Twin flame runners may not be able to explain how they are feeling and why they're running. They don't understand the spiritual connection that they share with their other half, and takes time for them to realize. In the meantime the chaser can't keep chasing, Many times this can create anxiety but instead coping with the situation to help the healing process. They are all aware of their issues, but they are totally helpless and need to get through the life lessons in order to find their own inner truth. This is something that no one will be successful at cutting the cords or reuniting their spirits together. But both twin flames and soulmates need to work on themselves in order to get it right. They need to increase their soul vibrations higher and bringing up the masculine and feminine at the spiritual energy. This will help with the divine union and bring them into with the 5D level. After they are completed their soul mission with correcting and getting through the trials and tests. This is when they will be able to find their true center and come together in a divine union. No one can predict or find the correct time frame on when this will happen. But having the Love in your heart combining it with positivity. This will attract the positive energy that is necessary to unite soulmates and twin flames together. I am a strong believer in the laws of attraction and this helps with bringing divine soul mates back together.

Most people believe a Twin flames is the best type of soulmate. Twin flames are just a type of Soulmate, we all have with one person in the Universe. Twin flame connection is the other half of you. Twin flames will go through more than one life trying to come to a divine union with their other half. Some say you will meet your Twinflame and it's actually a 50% chance they do meet. When Twin flames do meet up, it will not always be harmony. Twinflames can go through a life long process of finding their center and balance to get through their life lessons.
