Which of the Soul connections are easier?

Actually also Connections go through almost the same type of connecting process in order to come to a divine union.
The energy of soulmates is a relationship similar to a garden. You plant the seed, nourish it and allowing it to grow by working on yourself.

When your soul first meets up. The energy goes to a higher vibration frequency that actually nourishes your soul, the way adding water is to your garden.

The key here is to love yourself and meditating on the love you’re feeling with that person. Correcting anything that needs to be eliminated out of your life. This will allow you both to manifest and blossom your energy connection deeper. Each one of us she has a unique connection with one another and no to Soulmate Connections are exactly alike. They may be similar to one another. But all are unique and the intensity varies.

Is the Soulmate and twin flame connection more honest with one another?

Honesty is the best policy, that is my philosophy on life. End it is especially so with your divine soulmate. When there is one that is in denial or running from something. They tend to block the truth that is in their heart. Thinking that this will be better for both of them. But actually it was the fear that they were running from that caused your original energy of dishonesty.

The answer is they may not want to but sometimes it does happen. It doesn’t mean that they are less connected to you. They are just convincing themselves instead of looking at the truth that’s in their heart, another reason why they run from their true authentic self.

Can soulmates and twin flames have conflict with one another?

Many say that when you have a soulmate connection it’s going to be the best experience ever! But actually this is not so, they do not have it easy when they are trying to come together as one.

Actually divine soulmates go through  heartache and negativity trying to find themselves than any other type of love relationship.

There are many different cases and types of connections, but they all share one thing in common and that’s working on themselves to find harmony and peace with themselves in order to come to a divine union.

Remember working on yourself does not happen overnight.

Any times both soul connections are not ready but the ego tells them that they are. Causing confliction and a lot of drama in their relationship.
When both need to examine and humble themselves to one another in order to get along and come to a peaceful understanding with each other.

How can two people that love each other so much, go through so much heartache and negativity with getting along and finding their true center. This is very common and I see this all the time with many different types of soulmate Connections.

In many soulmate Connections, the runner and Chase are stages happen. The Runner usually the masculine energy and being the weaker vessel running from their own fears. And the chaser the feminine being the stronger vessel.

There are negative and positive sides with every soul connection. So when there is any type of conflict actually it’s considered healthy. This makes them acknowledge their mistakes which usually comes from the ego.

This will also trigger their energy to look deeper inside themselves to find their authentic self. At the same time getting more in touch with spirituality and appreciating the little things in their lives to come to a higher vibrational 5D level.

When you meet your Soulmate or Twin flame, There can be a lot of drama at the beginning. When you meet your Twin flame there is nothing like this experience that you've ever felt before. The spiritual bond is very powerful and no one else will matter in your life. This can also have the same effect with your Soulmate. But with the Twin flame there is a magnetic pull that makes it almost impossible to resist. They can tap into the deepest part of your soul into a 5D level. It can be a little scary when you only know this person for a short time or barely know them at all. That someone can actually tune into the inner essence of your spirit. The powerful strength of soul energy with twin flames can stir up all types emotions. Many times not positive ones. When there is karmic past life energy that needs to be corrected, it can create a lot of emotional issues that needs to be cleared before they can unite in harmony. Many times these issues can be severe. When one is not aware or awake to see what they need to do, in order to clear these blockages in their life to move forward. They will try to run from the heart of the matter, by creating a confliction, referred to as the runner and chaser phase. You will always feel the presence of their spirit near you. Twin flames are connected through a powerful soul source, that is one soul divided in two, before you were born. Nothing can disconnect them, no matter where they're at in their life, if they are with other relationships, or other sides of the world. Twin flames will always find themselves back together. Twin flames are extreme energy connections, that is a beautiful love story or a very painful experience. This is a very powerful energy connection that's intense. Cutting or severing the ties is not an option, when there is negativity and drama involved. There is no one to manually cut off from your Twin flame. There are reasons why the both of you are going through this. You both are sent together to fulfill your destiny as one soul. Along with working on yourselves with life to find unity and balance in your selves. This happens also with Soulmate as well as twin flame connections, When there is drama the energy is off-balance. Absolutely! When we are connected as one, we can spiritually feel, here, and sometimes smell their scent when we are in tuned with each other’s vibrations.

The Runner Chaser dynamics (as the name suggests) highlights the idea that one person i.e. the Twin flame or Soulmate Runner based on their confusion would run away from the Chaser.

So the Runner will run and the Chaser will chase the runner till the Runner and Chaser come to a divine union. Once the Runner awakes and is aware of their divine connection.

The Runner is mostly trying to run away from any sort of emotional insecurities, fear of love or commitments, past hurts and toxic previous relationships.

There are so many reasons on why they run, but through it all there is a healing that is happening between both the Runner and Chaser.

Most of the times the Runners are not even aware of the idea that why are they running away from the chaser.

Many Chasers will chase the runner thinking that the runner will get back to them. However, what they fail to realize is that no matter how many times they chase or for how long they chase.

The runner will not come back unless they are ready and unless they are given time to think. Runners are afraid, and often get scared of their own feelings. Because of their fear they live with, they tend to block their heart from the chaser as much as they can.

This leads to heartbreak for Chaser and many times the roles can become reversed. Chasers can actually become Runners, and Runners into Chasers.

I know it sounds confusing, but always remember it’s never easy for the Twin flame Runner and Chaser. They both need to work on themselves.

The Chasers should never blame themselves for the Runner running, it’s not permanent. Chaser’s need to take a step back and let the Runner work through whatever karmic issues they are dealing with. In order for the Divine union to take place.

It’s important that both Twins let go, release and surrender their past emotional hurts and start over. When the runners awake, they realize where they are at and will be drawn to come back to their other half.

What if Runners are in a bad place or with other people?

Sometimes the Runner may be within a very odd situation, place or with involved in another relationship. The twin flame connection is actually one soul split into two and that is your other half. We actually go through life times trying to reunite and get our life path balanced. Many times twinflames do not meet up in a lifetime and is skip to the next. It's about a 50% chance that you will meet your twin flame. I always say it's never good to go looking for a specific type of soulmate, twin flame or karmic connection. Your destiny is meant for you to be with the perfect partner and it's not meant for you to choose what type of soul connection You both should have. What is a soulmate and twin flame connection? Soulmates can be friendships but they also can be lifelong soul partners.

There are so many that enter in our lives as you may already know and many times, they are just people who are sent to us to help us correct mistakes, learn about ourselves and to help us on our spiritual journey.

We meet so many throughout our life times and then it may cause us heartache. And then, another one enters to take that place and fulfill the missing void.

 

You can meet someone and think that this person is your true eternal SOULMATE, but only having it end up into heartache and disappointment.
Then meeting up with your true soulmate – your twin flame.

Twin flames are part of the Soulmate group, but they are sent from the Divine.

Twinflames are the other half of your spirit. Everyone is different and unique. Some are meant to be with their soulmate in life and some are sent as their twin flame.
It’s not that one is better than the other but there is a divine pre-plan destiny designated just for you.

The main reason why soulmates enter during our lives is to help us learn valuable lessons to grow, within inside our spirit.

When meeting your divine partner (Soul mate or Twinflame), you have a sense of knowing of why you were involved with such a negative or several negative and toxic relationships, prior of meeting your Divine partner.

Whenever you meet a soulmate, there is a feeling of knowing and healing that happens between them. Psychic energy fills up, that you both feel deep within your spirit.

Soulmates are always ready and open to find each other, but there are many also that are scared and that can go into a standstill with their energy.

When meeting up so unexpected, then getting involved so quickly, when one or both are not ready. Will it create the runner and chaser phases in both Soulmate and twin flame connection.

There are so many people that when they hear the word soulmate, everyone’s mind starts going into a lifelong partnership that will be perfect.

But actually the truth is that soulmates come in for many different reasons and not all are meant for lifelong partnerships.

Soulmates connections are always spiritual.
They help with life lessons and healing, many time they both need to learn from past life energies.

 

A Soulmate can enter in our life when they are young and find themselves in a romantic relationship filled with love. Getting married, having children (sometimes grandchildren). Only to have it end in a divorce.

Finding out that it was a life lesson and a steppingstone to help us get where we need to be ultimately in our lives.

There are many different situations when meeting your Twin flame is the most beautiful and intense feeling that they will ever feel with that person.

Most of the time, they will try to reestablish their connection together. But quite often, there is some sort of difficulty with reuniting and living in perfect harmony.

This are the runner and chaser stages in the twin flame connection.

They first go through what we call the honeymoon phase, they think and feel that everything is perfect, that it’s the best thing they’ve ever had in your life.

Many times, both twins are extremely happy and then the Runner may just pick up and leave without warning, making the chaser feel as if they did something wrong and blaming themselves.

 

You may ask what are a Runner and chaser stages, exactly?

The Runner and Chaser don’t necessarily mean that they are running and chasing each other.

Just that the runner is running from their own emotions and unaware (or awake) of what their divine connection is all about.

The Chaser understands the risks and is emotionally ready, they are awake and understand the connection.

The Runner can run for several months or years before they finally awaken. I know that this sounds extreme but they need to sort through their own issues, usually caused by some sort of fear in their life.

The Chaser is always willing to help and give the Runner another chance. Although they are awake and they will wait until the Chaser is ready.

Eventually the Runner will come to their senses and awaken, it’s never too late for the Runner and Chaser to come together into a divine union.

How to find your soulmate or twin flame?

The answer is simple, you never seek out and look for any type of soul connection, but look for the person that you are most drawn to. The only way to find your true Divine partner is to align your spirit and embrace love.

The first step to heal from the separation of your twin flame.

1. Stop stressing about when you will reunite with your Twin Flame

Stop focusing your mind on him or her, trying to figure out why things happened in your relationship. Sometimes blaming yourself about the situation.

This is actually causing more harm than good. This is why you both send and receive energy to each other and many times you will feel your Twin telepathically.

Remotely, you both can send and receive energy to each other that in return they can feel what the other is feeling.

It’s not that you can have a full conversation with your twin telepathically, but if you do send messages, they will feel something coming through in a spiritual sense.

2. Focus on loving yourself.

Yes I know we all love ourselves, but many times we don’t exactly express love to ourselves.

Saying positive affirmations every day, even though you don’t feel positive will help the love amplify higher vibrations inside your soul center.

3. Release toxic energy.

Many times, you can accumulate negative energy, not just from people but from certain foods that you may eat, by example.

Eating healthier and clean as always #1. But also physical activity. Getting in some type of vigorous exercise at least 3 to 4 times a week helps with the healing process with twin flames.

There are many ways to fit in some type of exercise, a few of my favorites are Zumba, Walking, circuit training, and my new favorite spinning.

You will feel much more lighter and not to mention look better too. Of course, always consult with your Physician if you have health issues and what works best for you.

4. Spirituality and meditation

When you tune into your own spirituality, it helps you to get all these other things moving along. I highly recommend it and many find yoga to be very therapeutic when it comes to beginners meditation.

Meditation is easier than you think. It’s all about total relaxation and letting your mind go so that your spirit can help you find the peace and serenity that it longs for.

It’s all part of a mind body and spirit connection with your Twin flame.
Once you become and more adjusted with yourself – emotionally, physically and spiritually, things can fall into place and you will feel much more grounded and healing inside your spirit.

There’s always a soul mission with twin flames and you need to focus on yours. They need to work on themselves as well.

Always remember to love yourself first. Sometimes when your energy is low you may forget how to embrace a higher vibrational level to attract your soul connection and manifest the relationship into your life.
