Twin Flames: How to Amplify Healing for Union

There is a spiritual awakening that happens before  divine union. There is a difficult soul process that they both go through.

The soul journey does not happen overnight.

It can involve several years with painful and agonizing emotions. They may be forced to be with karmic connections along with toxic relationships.

During the Twin flames Runner and Chaser stages with soul mates and twin flames. There is a period of separation that is painful. 

Twin flames share a very divine spiritual connection. They’re part of the Soul connection collective. There are many different types of spiritual connections, but only Twin flames are able to telepathically communicate with one another. Twin flames share previous lives together. When they first meet, they can feel that there is a "déjà vu" energy and almost like feeling home with one another. Twin flames experience visions and flashbacks of their past lives. This can also happen with many different types of Soulmates as well. Some Soulmates mimic the Twin flame energy, but all serve a different purpose in a person's life. Twin flames, Twin rays, and Twin souls share a very unique energetic connection. They are all different, but they do activate each other soul-centered to the 5D frequency level. They are thinking of you This is the most amazing power that divine counterparts have with one another. They can feel each other so much stronger energetically. They understand each other and feel each other‘s feelings. Because you both are connected, you may be feeling them out of the blue for no reason. This is also working vice versa. This is very important to have a very high and positive mindset to keep your vibration uplifted as much as possible. Working on themselves continuously. In order for them to reach union, they must work on themselves. Releasing and surrendering negativity that no longer serves a purpose. This promotes healing and aligns their energies together. Many times it can be very brutally painful to be separated, but as they come into alignment they start to realize and awaken. They will always continue to work on themselves until they find themselves back together as one. They will also work on themselves when they are in union.

This is the time when both twins need to experience a deep emotional detachment in order to heal.

It feels as if a part of you has been completely ripped out and can never be replaced. But this is not what is happening, this is a process to release energies from the old you in order to emerge as “one” with your twin.

When twin flames first meet, they see the windows of their own soul in each other‘s eyes.

This is a very intense  magical moment.They both feel a magnetic pull that is trying to bring them together, while one twin may run because of that fear-based energy that they are caring for and need to release and heal from it. 

The Chaser is left feeling emotionally withdrawn as if they had done something but it had nothing to do with them.

The Runner and chaser phase, one twin will run from something deep inside themselves. They are not their authentic self and do not understand or know how to handle it.

There are many different stages with the Soulmate Twin flame connection process.

Our inner child can bring up old memories from the past and even past lives. You are able to understand why you went through things in your life and without ego you can learn from your mistakes and life lessons.

This is a necessary step for our soul work on this earth where you can reach our true center. This is where we can release and let go of all that has been broken and heal past old wounds inside ourselves.

Many times, we are holding onto insecurity and anger, actually self-sabotaging our own happiness.

Forgiving is also extremely important for healing. Many times you are holding onto an excess baggage that represents a lot of your base energies from you as a child, and holding onto it prevents you from shining your true light.

Lifting your vibration and keeping it into a higher level with love will accelerate the process of bringing love and blessings into your life. 

Tips on raising the healing process with your inner child. 

Be around bright beautiful colors. Colors attract energy and the colors that you may be trying currently may not be exactly what will bring out your inner child.

Try to stick to the fun bright colors like from crayon boxes. 

Better yet, grab a box of crayola and start coloring!

COMMUNICATE AND RELEASE

Right down everything you feel about your twin and the energies he or she would like to change between you both.

Many times, you may feel anger, that’s OK, it’s all about releasing and letting go in order to heal and find your inner child.

EXPLORING YOUR PHOTO ALBUM

When we look at old photos, it brings back many different memories, some good and bad, but this is a time to let go and be reminded of the times that you were once a child and the feeling that you had while being a child.

Looking at your younger self will help you realize how much you’ve grown and how much she forgot about your true identity.

DOING THINGS THAT YOU LOVE.

This is a time to shine and sometimes we don’t want to show that side of ourselves but you know what I’m talking about! 

Even going to the playground or having fun with kids can actually bring out the inner child in you. 

Think of yourself as a child and the kids are the friends that you’re playing with. You will be surprised at how much fun you all can have together. Remember, you were once a child at one time!

STAY POSITIVE IN THE MORNING WITH AFFIRMATIONS.

As many of you know, I’m very big with saying affirmations in the morning to myself in the mirror. 

I like to start off with prayer, meditate and say positive affirmations like these:

I love you and forgive youI need you and will never leave you I know you have it in you.

I’m are beautiful and amazing

I’m can accomplish so much!

You can do this because you have so much light in you. This is just a little example of what I use. Also visualize these words. 

Think of beautiful scenic areas or grab a book or go to a site with beautiful landscape pictures.

Whatever you do, remember that this is a journey that you are on with your twin. You both are reciprocating the energies back-and-forth to each other.  Everything comes together in Divine timing and being ready and prepared for what is to come.

Working on ourselves is the soul purpose that we go through in this twin flame journey.

But first we need to understand that Ego can get in the way and this can happen to both twins. With many challenges and fulfill life lessons.

If you are involved in a Twin flame relationship, the important thing to remember is you need to be strong and able to risk your heart, soul and body in the relationship. Blood Moon Eclipse & Mercury Retrograde Brings Union for Twin Flames

The past few weeks have been pretty intense. There are many different types of spiritual events that are happening energetically and you may be feeling it now. It Started with Mars going into retrograde (June 26th – August 27th). July has been a very energetic month for a lot of us, we’ve seen energy shifts already start. The Full Blood Moon - Lunar Eclipse on the 27th along with mercury in retrograde. This is a very intense time for love relationships especially divine partners, soulmates and twin flame relationships. The energy between them can feel as if things are shifting and changing. As we all know, full moons all bring intense energy to the atmosphere and can also influence our behavior. Full moons amplify and create power in our souls centers. This is a healing opportunity to cleanse, recharge, release and surrender all that does not serve purpose. Creating an ultimate light that emerges through us to helps us to start over, especially when it comes to divine spiritual and soulmates. Mercury retrograde is back, I know a lot of people get worried and panicky when Mercury goes into retrograde. Actually, Mercury retrograde is not a bad thing. It is the time to reflect, rebalance and finish up on anything that has been left unfinished. This is a great time to plan on getting things done especially projects that have been sitting or things that need to be cleaned out and cleared, great time for clearing out clutter! Mercury in retrograde is not a time to start any type of new business, and when I say new business, I’m not talking about getting a job, but starting something totally new that you have not done before. I’ve been asked this question many of times and if you’ve been waiting on a specific job or promotion, this is a great time and opportunity to take during the retrograde. Electronics, iphones, smart phones and all gadgets About communication gadgets, this is not a time to buy a whole new computer or gadget unless you’ve had one before and it needs to be replaced or upgraded. The key here is not to get into something that you have not had or done before. Traveling Example about traveling: if you have traveled before by plane somewhere and decide you’re going to be taking a trip during the Mercury retrograde, you should be fine. But if you’re taking a complete different route, let’s say by train and you have never took a train, this is a time that you should reconsider. Otherwise there can be some challenges and delays. Divine Soulmates, Twin flames and all Love Relationships It creates a Divine energy with these events that has a lot of spiritual energy and power when it comes to spiritual connections and love relationships during this time. There is a cleansing energy that brings out the truth subconsciously of every love situations. This can be very intense times, many Soulmates and Twin Flame relationships can experience highs and lows of energy spurts during a full moon - eclipse and retrograde. This is not a good time to discuss anything serious during the retrograde. We see a lot of arguments, disagreements and communication getting scrambled, causing a temporary separation or break up. If Divine soulmates and twin flames are apart, this is a great time and they can actually come back together during the retrograde. This is a very popular time for divine union and twin flames. You may also meet up with old relationships as well and people that you haven’t seen in years or even decades. These energy shifts are happening and as it begins, this is an excellent time to explore new ideas and passions that you did not finish previously. I always talk about keeping a journal handy in order to write down ideas, important messages that you may receive from the divine. This is a time to get back on track and start making plans for the future. With all this energetic vibration happening to your soul center, you may be feeling high energetically one day and completely drained the next, your soul center does not know how to ground itself, it is highly recommended that you take time out for yourself. Self-care is very necessary during this time, along with spirituality and meditation. You are processing new energies and letting go of past old wounds. This can bring your spiritual energy into OVER DRIVE and it’s a time to do something for you to bring your vibration back up. You may be feeling emotionally stressed with your current love relationship situation. This is very common during a spiritual energy shift that is happens, as we now approach the Lions gateway portal in August 8 just like last year, there will be a series of releasing and letting go. It’s a good time to prepare yourself and focus on spirituality. During this time, this is an excellent time to get a psychic reading session, reiki healing session, chakra balancing alignment and crystal cleansing. It is also highly recommended to meditate during a Full moon. When meditating, I always recommend to burn white sage and light a white candle and say a prayer of love & light. Keeping in mind that this is a time of Soul center healing and revealing of your spiritual truth. Being able to reflect on all of your soul achievements while transforming and manifesting. If you have crystals, it’s the best thing to charge and cleanse them in the sun for the next few days.

As I mentioned, it’s more of a reason to take yourself out and treat yourself with the best! Tips for getting through Valentine’s Day. 1. Reach out to family members who you haven’t spoken with for a long time. They will be happy to hear from you, and even if it’s just a simple text or sending a Facebook, snap chat message with bunny years LOL. 2. Plan a spa day. Booking your massage with stones, towels or doing different for yourself will actually help you feel the love that you have for yourself and raise your vibration. Many times with too much of analyzing and thinking about situations in the past can actually lower vibration. This brings it down, that you are not able to accept love. This in return also sends off negative vibes to people all around you. So now’s the time to start doing things for you! 3. Decorate your home for the whole month with red hearts and beautiful quotes. This does not have to be hung during February 14th and then taking down, actually you can keep it up 365 days to remind yourself of how much you love yourself and how much you want love to flow through your home and your life. 4. Indulge with a special meal that you have an ate in a long time, but always enjoy. You might like to try spinning, total body with weights, yoga, Pilates or something new like a barre. You will meet others and it might help you to find a new activity in your life. 9. Staying home and light candles. Sometimes you don’t feel like going out specially when you live in a colder climate. Making a date at home with yourself, by giving yourself a facial, a warm bath with essential oil‘s. Get your oil diffuser and get some lavender, ying ylang and lemongrass oils, I find that these oils help with calming and creating serenity in your home. 10. Most important one of all, love yourself! Self love doesn’t just mean that it’s all about being egotistic and selfish. But actually the total opposite. It’s about taking care of yourself, mind body and spirit. It’s very difficult for many to learn how to love themselves, especially when they’ve been hurt, abused both mentally and physically. When you’re feeling alone on Valentine’s Day even if you in relationship, it’s challenging. This is the main reason why we need to honor ourselves, by putting yourself up higher and not think about the past. We are also coming to Chinese new year the next day February 16th  and it’s time to start a new chapter in your life. The best way I like to honor yourself is eating healthy and clearing out any toxins out of the body. When you add more fruits and veggies in your diet, you are doing so much good for your body. Eliminating, bad carbs, fast foods and processed foods out of your diet can actually help you feel rejuvenated and refreshed. That doesn’t necessarily mean you need to become vegan, not if you don’t want to. But there are many different types of foods that we can eat, that will actually nourish our bodies but also our soul. Finding something delicious that you enjoy will help you fill your body with nourishment and attract positive love into your life. When you eat a lot of sugar processed, and white refined flour foods, You will notice a big difference in your energy levels and for me I feel very sluggish and tired. I’m not here to tell you to start eating healthier, but it be a good idea to start looking into it. This is all about loving yourself, remember you are the temple of God and the light lives inside of you. If you don’t take care of and maintain yourself, no one will. It’s up to you to love yourself. Valentine’s Day is a day to honor yourself and love you. This could be the first day that of your life that you have taken this step to finally focus on you. Write down the things that you really want out of your life and your relationship goals, career and life goals. When you’re looking to attract love into your life, it’s best that you start with a feeling of wholeness, gratitude and a heart full of self love and acceptance. The question is how does one get there?

The first thing you want to start it stop looking into the past and putting away any type of negative memories that bring your spirit down. This will automatically lower your vibrations and prevent you from achieving a higher level spiritually.

Automatically you are not sending out love vibrations but the total opposite. This in return will not retract your divine partner into your life.

1. First step is to get the proper mindset. I like to start with positive affirmations every morning start my day. Practicing gratefulness on many levels. Focusing on positive affirmations automatically raises your vibes in the morning, allowing yourself to accept and acknowledge the blessings you have. This automatically is being grateful also it helps you to spiritually awakened despite whatever you’re going through in your life. Self maintenance is very important, First step is focus on what your physical body’s needs in order to feel better. To feel charged mentally and spiritually. Keeping up healthy regimen is important, there are many who like to get massages, facials and even going to get your hair done can actually raise your vibration. It doesn’t take much when it comes to the self maintenance area.

3. Spirituality and shifting your awareness to meditation will help you open your Soul center to invite your guides and angels to guide your path. Calling upon to the higher self to help tune into the higher levels of love and light. Raising the vibrational energy and amplifying the highest level of light into your life with love. You can feel and visualize the love surrounding you, in return you send out vibes and call out to your divine soulmates, twin flame would love relationship.

4. Physical activity is one of the ways that releases negative energy that you’ve been holding onto and accumulating. This doesn’t mean you have to join a gym or health club. There are many ways to get physical exercise into your life. They are streaming workouts that you can do classes in your home, go for a nature walk. Just make sure that you are getting your body moving and releasing anything that has been pulling you down.

I know sometimes it’s difficult that you may feel drained and just want to sit at home and relax especially during this time of the year, but it will only make your vibration lower and when it comes to the energy levels you need to bring it up anyway you can. The more physically active you become a higher level your energy will be.

5. Eating healthy, I know this is a sensitive subject and a lot of people don’t like to hear this. But when it comes to raising your vibration, eating unprocessed and clean foods will help bring your body to optimal health. When you feel good physically automatically feel good mentally and spiritually charged. Staying away from foods that are processed, fast food restaurants and try to stick to healthy fruits vegetables and adding healthy grass fed beef, antibiotic free poultry and health proteins. Keep away from sugar and keep the carbs lower, the most important thing is eat in moderation.

6. Keep Hydrated! Drink plenty of water, this helps with clearing mental blocks and helps with meditation. In return you will be raising the vibrations by drinking clean water. I like to drink at least 10 glasses a day.

7. Laugh, laugh and laugh. Watch a comedy, laughing is one of the things that increases oxygen into your lungs and automatically lets go of the drama and tension in life. This is very important every day to laugh and use the throat chakra to help release the negativity.

8. Music. The power of music and sounds. Also if you like to sing, it’s very soothing and healing to sing to one of your favorite songs and listen to the music to bring love and joy into your heart.

9. Adding house plants and flowers to your home, by adding the beauty of a living plant it can actually help you feel more relaxed and calm. Also pets can add the same vibration into your home as well.

10. Crystals for healing. I love all crystals and stones and have them all over my home. Placing stones and crystals throughout your house manifests the energy of love and light all around you. Especially if you like to meditate in your home. I charge my crystals under a new moon or the full moon to help give them energizing light. Visualizing with rose quartz the love you want to come into your life will help amplify The love vibration higher.

11. Stop stressing! don’t think about things that don’t pertain to you and worry. You need to focus on your soul center and working on yourself. This is the only way to bring your vibration higher. If you’re constantly digging deep into Old past wounds, you are igniting negativity. This is where you need to focus on the love that you have surrounding you and calling out to your divine partner.

Healing from the Twin flames Runner’s Energy

Soulmates and twin flame energy take time with their healing process in order to come to a divine union. Going through this process sometimes can feel like a lifetime.
