Twin flames are unique Connections

There are no Two twin flame situations exactly the same. I found that every twin flame and soulmate connection experiences the same stages. They merge into a divine union as one.

Right from the beginning, there is a feeling of pain with the soul energy connection. This is especially true when they are in the Runner and Chaser stages. This sometimes can go on for several months or even years before they finally awake.

Separation phase You may ask the question, why do Twin flames need to go to the separation phases in order to be together? Especially with the pandemic and social distancing. The separation actually helps them to find their inner truth and higher self in order to grow and understand the valuable lessons that they need to learn prior to the divine union. Separation phases can be painful and in many cases, extremely severe. Separating is not meant to be painful but actually to release and surrender negative energies and old past wounds that need to be healed. This happens for both Twins, although one can be weaker. You may wonder what that means exactly and what are my life lessons? The fact is that nobody can actually tell you what you need to do to work on yourself because it’s the work you must learn from. For example, if someone came to you and said you need to have more patience in your life and stop complaining. You automatically would feel very offended and you may or may not say something back to the person, but your ego will automatically defend you. Many times ego is the biggest part we almost work on. When you surrender and release, you understand that constructive criticism is part of your soul journey. Also, the life lessons that are being brought to you, it’s coming from the divine and no one is actually able to see what those lessons are. Examining yourself, understanding and learning from them is the key. This will help with the divine union and bring them into the 5D.

They must complete their soul mission by correcting themselves and getting through the trials and tests. Then, they will be capable of finding their true center. Finally, they can come together in a divine union.

Not to mention how it’s going to make you feel on the inside (Amazing).Eating healthier and staying away from foods that are processed and ingredients that you are unable to pronounce. Will definitely create an impact on your vibrations.When you choose real food such as organic produce, lean protein and adding the superfoods into your diet.This will have a huge effect on your energy and your vibrations. That will definitely go up! Try to stay away from anything that is processed, laced with pesticides and choose either fresh or frozen, stay away from canned.When your energy is raised up and your vibrations are more energetic, you are sending a positive message to your soulmate / twin flame. This will actually entice them to move forward, feeling positive and start healing with a spiritual awakening.Exercise and Fitness When you’re releasing toxins out of your body with cardio or some type of vigorous exercise (sweating). You are letting go of anything that has accumulated in your body previously. Eating healthier and staying away from foods that are processed and ingredients that you are unable to pronounce. Will definitely create an impact on your vibrations.

When you choose real food such as organic produce, lean protein and adding the superfoods into your diet.

This will have a huge effect on your energy and your vibrations. That will definitely go up! Try to stay away from anything that is processed, laced with pesticides and choose either fresh or frozen, stay away from canned.

When your energy is raised up and your vibrations are more energetic, you are sending a positive message to your soulmate / twin flame. This will actually entice them to move forward, feeling positive and start healing with a spiritual awakening.

Exercise and Fitness
